MP backs cat rescuer

An MP (Keith Hill) has come to the defence of a cat lover told by a town hall to move her weekly fundraising stall away from a high road. Lambeth council ordered 72-year-old Dawn Travers from her spot outside the Odeon cinema in Streatham High Road to nearby Gracefield Gardens. The money she raises goes toward feeding her sick and injured cats. ...
